Our passion for Quality
Our company is equipped with an internal lab where more than 4,000 annual inspections on raw materials, finished products, work environment and production lines take place. Whenever there are no official reference standards and procedures, we developed internal procedures thanks to our extensive experience in the field of oven-baked products.
For analyses tied to food safety, we refer to the major Italian and European labs, certified and specialized in the food sector.
Raw materials originate exclusively from qualified and approved suppliers and they are used in production only after formal approval by the Quality Lab.
In addition, a product must not only be safe and healthy, but also tasty and inviting!
To guarantee its quality, all our personnel is involved in careful inspections and verifications from the warehouse that receives raw materials, lab, operators of the kneading department, bakers, packaging operators and quality control department all the way up to the shipping warehouses. Our ongoing training activity allows us to make our personnel well prepared to meet the shared objective of achieving quality and safety every time, for always more demanding consumers.
